With this privacy policy, we inform you about the extent to which personal data is collected when you use the Berlin TXL Interactive app (hereinafter: application), what your rights are from this processing, and for what purposes we use this data. III. Use of the App

The app is used to visualize the Berlin-Tegel construction project and to retrieve current weather data for the Berlin-Tegel region. No personal data is collected and stored during general use of the app. When using the current weather data, the IP address of your device is transmitted and used to process the request.

IV. Rights as a data subject

Insofar as your personal data is processed on the occasion of the use of our app, you are entitled to the following rights as a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR:

a. Right to information

First of all, you have the right to obtain information about your data transmitted to us and processed by us (Art. 15 DSGVO).

b. Right to rectification, erasure and restriction

In addition, you can request the correction (Art. 16 DSGVO), deletion (Art. 17 DSGVO) and restriction (Art. 18 DSGVO) of your data.

c. Right to data portability and right of objection

e. Revocation of consent

Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on a legitimate interest (legal basis 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO), you may object to the processing.
